How do I set up a Virtual Address for Business?
Step 1 - Choose a Plan
Choose between 6 month, 12 month, monthly or annual plans,
Step 2 - Select Mail forwarding or Pickup
Receive and hold your mail on site for pickup is included. Optionally you can choose to have us forward it to you once or twice a week.
Step 3 - Checkout
At checkout, provide your contact information plus credit card. If you prefer to pay by ACH (bank debit) we can arrange for that as well.
Step 4 - File USPS Form 1583
After signing up, you will be assigned a personal address and mailbox number and receive instructions on how to upload the simple, one-page USPS Form 1583 that authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf. You will also submit two forms of ID. Vault Buidlings makes this process easy.
Step 5 - Register for Meeting and Work Space Access
Register for your work and meeting space account, which includes your allotted coworking space hours. During registration we will request a credit card to keep on file in case you want to buy additional time.
